I can never understand the “oh I’m fat so I’ll eat _____”.
EH NO.
How about stop eating? Doesn’t matter if it’s cupcakes or bananas, you’ll still be fatter than, say, NOT EATING.
You know, that’s a terrible way of looking at it. Are you saying overweight people shiould just stop eating until they reach desired weight? That’s what is known to most enlightened people as anorexia, bullimia and several other eating disorders. For someone to lose weight, they should eat healthy. And you’re right, cut out the cupcake, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t substitute with fruit or healthy food. By the way, if you understood anything at all, you would know that not eating can lead to weight gain, depending on the circumstances. Please stop being an uninformed fool and stressing people out.
I love how uninformed and stupid people use Caps Lock to try and prove their intelligence on a matter when truly, they are as educated as someone who never even went to grammar school. Pretty sad.
