My co-worker is obese, and recently found out she has diabetes.
Previous Updates
The following are more dinner choices I have witnessed:
1.  Three enchilada dinner with dessert.

One beef enchilada
One chicken enchilada
One cheese enchilada
One taco
Queso (melted cheese)
Sopapillas (fried dough sprinkled with powdered sugar and honey)

2.  Appetizer and dessert.

Sliders (3 mini cheeseburgers)
A brownie dessert, topped with ice cream and whipped cream
